AICloudCompare is built to work with as little personal information as possible. This page describes what the site actually does.
What we do not do.
- No accounts
- You never need to sign up. There is no login, profile or password.
- No tracking cookies
- The site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept. The only cookie the site itself can set is the optional language cookie described below.
- No analytics or ads
- No analytics service, advertising network or tracking pixel is loaded. The site’s security policy only allows requests to this website itself.
- No contact forms
- There is no newsletter, price alert or contact form. The website itself never asks for your name or email address.
What happens when you use the tools.
- Saved choices
- When you press a save button, the selection or cost scenario is stored in your own browser. It is not an account and is never sent to us or to a provider.
- Enterprise brief
- The brief uses fixed infrastructure choices only. It never asks for your name, email, company or free-text details. Downloading it creates a file on your device; sharing it is your own decision.
- Calculations
- Cost estimates are calculated from the values you enter. They are not stored on our side.
- Language preference
- When you pick a language with the language switch, a first-party cookie named
aicc-langstores “en” or “nl” for the browser session. It holds no identifier and is not used for marketing. It is only set after you make that choice, and the site works without it. Separately, the homepage reads the country code that our hosting platform supplies with your request to choose a default language: Dutch for the Netherlands, English otherwise. No IP address is stored for this, and no location permission, city or address is used. - Provider websites
- Provider links open another company’s website. Its own privacy terms and cookie choices apply there. We add no tracking parameters to those links.
- Hosting
- Pages are delivered by Vercel Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States, through its worldwide network. Requests can therefore be handled in data centres outside the European Union, including in the United States. Like every web host, its infrastructure logs can record network and request details, such as your IP address and the page requested, to operate and secure the service. Vercel processes this as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which applies to our plan. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in that addendum; Vercel also states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Remove saved choices from this browser
This removes AICloudCompare’s saved GPU selections, provider selections, favorites and calculator scenarios. Downloaded files and other websites’ data are unaffected.
When you email us.
The website has no contact form and never asks for your details. Emailing us is your own choice. When you do, Loadiqo receives the personal data you send, and this is how we handle it.
- What we receive
- Your email address, the name your email app sends with it, your message and anything you choose to include, such as attachments.
- Why
- Loadiqo uses it only to answer you and to handle what you asked about, such as a data correction, a business inquiry or a privacy request.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering messages that people choose to send us (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). For a privacy request, our legal obligation to respond to it (article 6(1)(c)).
- Where it is kept
- In our business mailbox at Zoho Mail, an email service of Zoho that processes messages on our behalf as our processor. Mail for our domain is delivered to Zoho’s EU mail service (zoho.eu). Zoho states that its group companies and sub-processors, including in the United States, can also access or process this data, for example for support and spam checks, under agreements based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Zoho’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab)). We do not add your address to a mailing list and do not share it with providers or partners.
- How long
- Up to 12 months after your question or request has been handled. We keep it longer only when the law requires it, for example for business records.

Your rights and who to contact.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form where that applies. To use these rights, email us. You can also complain to the data protection authority listed below.
